About Titanium Construction

We build homes that fit both your vision and your budget.

How It Started

We started Titanium Construction because we were tired of watching homeowners get the runaround. Every contractor we called either disappeared after the deposit cleared or quoted prices that made no sense. We'd sit in kitchens listening to people say things like, 'We'd love to add that bathroom, but we can't afford it.' Not because the work was unreasonable, but because the markups were.

Our first projects were small—a kitchen refresh here, an ADU addition there. What surprised us wasn't the technical side. It was how rarely homeowners heard the truth about timelines, costs, or what actually mattered. We realized the gap wasn't skill. It was honesty and respect for the client's reality. So we built our approach around that.

'Quality construction doesn't require you to empty your savings. It just requires someone who's honest about what things cost and won't overcharge you for knowing how to do the work.'

What Years of Projects Taught Us

Exceptional craftsmanship isn't about using the most expensive materials. It's about showing up, caring about the details nobody will see, and knowing when to say 'this isn't right yet.' We've watched contractors cut corners, and we've watched them obsess over things the homeowner never asked about. Balance matters. We learned to ask what actually matters to you, then execute at that level.

Attention to detail means communication, not perfection. Clients struggle when they don't know what to expect. So we show them. Process notes, site photos, honest conversations about timeline—this builds trust faster than any warranty ever could. When a homeowner sees you're organized and transparent, they relax. They actually enjoy the process.

Dependable service is the simplest promise and the hardest to keep. It means your crew shows up when promised. It means your phone gets answered. It means when something unexpected happens, you own it instead of blaming the homeowner. We've seen too many contractors treat homeowners like inconveniences. We treat you like the boss, because you are.

Working With Us

You'll notice right away that we listen more than we pitch. We ask about your timeline, your budget, and what matters most. We walk through your space, take notes, and come back with a realistic plan—not a dream, not a number designed to undersell, but the actual work. From day one, you know what to expect and what we're building together.

Throughout the project, you stay in the loop. You see the work in progress. You hear about decisions before they get made. And if something shifts, you hear it first. That transparency isn't something we do after the fact—it's how we move. When a homeowner feels respected and informed, the whole experience changes. The finished kitchen or new ADU feels like the natural end of a partnership, not a transaction.

If you're thinking about an addition, a new build, or a kitchen that actually works, reach out. We're here to talk about what you need and whether we're the right fit. No pressure, no fluff—just honest conversation.
